Thursdays, Sept. 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30- Knit Together continues to meet every Thursday at 5:30 PM. New knitters are welcome regardless of knitting skill.
Monday, Sept. 6 – The Leesburg Library will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Please use the outdoor bookdrop to return your books and media items.
Thursday, Sept. 9 – Teen book group, SPARX meets at 5:30 PM to discuss the book,Graceling by Kristin Cashore. Books are available for check out at the front desk. All Leesburg area teens 7th grade & up are welcome to participate. Pizza & pop will be served.
Thursday, Sept. 16 & Monday, Sept. 27 – Dawna Jo Kiesling will visit with us to share healthy recipes and nutrition tips. Sept. 16 at 10-12 PM. Sept. 27 @ 2:30-4:30 PM.
Thursday, Sept. 16- RRR meets at 1:30 PM. Books being discussed are Homer and Langely by E.L. Doctorow and The Last Lecture by Rand Pausch.
Thursday, Sept. 16 – Story Times begin at 10 AM for our Wee Ones (age 6 months-36 months) and 10:30 AM for our Tater Tots (age 3-5 yrs). Story time information booklets are available at the front desk. We hope you will join us for a fun year!
Monday, Sept. 20 – Investment Seminar with Virginia Purdy from 6-7 PM. All patrons are welcome.
