The Black History Month program will honor Eleanor Faye Harris and the guest speaker will be Sigrid Solomon, VP of Student Affairs at Wilmington College.
This program takes place on Saturday, February 16 at the Highland County District Library in Hillsboro. The program begins at 1:00 p.m. and everyone is invited to join us. Light refreshments will be served after the program.
