The Black History Month program will honor Art Brooks and the guest speaker will be Mr. Ronald Todd II, Minority Public Affairs Director for Governor DeWine.
This program takes place on Saturday, February 15 at the Highland County District Library in Hillsboro. The program begins at 1:00 p.m. and everyone is invited to join us. Light refreshments will be served after the program.
